Super happy with this coat! It keeps my dog warm and dry in the snow and even a light rain. The only thing to be aware of is that the Velcro has exposed edges towards the front (right behind the front legs) that seem a little sharp. I cut it back a little bit and covered it with fabric because it was cutting up my dog’s elbows. I chalked it up to the fact that all dog clothes fit a little weirdly on my dog (she’s a chiweenie with a long body and short legs), but it’s something to keep an eye on. With that slight modification it seems to be perfect.Nice jacket for the pup! You can tell right away that it’ll last a long time. My only complaint is that it runs small. My female Boston Terrier, who normally wears medium sweaters/shirts from the store, was squished pretty tight in this. I’m a little sad we won’t get to use it right away :( however I plan to order a large for her, as it is a good quality jacket. I plan to give this medium to my parents smaller dogs, so it works out!I’m so glad I read the reviews and knew to size up. My mini poodle is about 10 pounds. I ordered a size large and it fits perfectly. She normally wears a small or medium. She is picky but likes this coat and sits patiently while I put it on her. Great overall, just size upThe coat seems warm, soft and it is very cute; however, the coat size I ordered, which was Medium, is smaller than Medium.Ordered a M for a 10 lb dog. It is waaayyyy too small. Would need to be double the size to fit.Got this for my goldendodle puppy who is about 8-9 pounds. I got the medium, it does not fit around her belly to fasten. Too bad , coat is adorable, great color, but it is of no use to me.I absolutely LOVED this coat for my fur baby. He definitely stayed warm with this on. Thankfully to previous reviews, I knew to size up. So I believe I got a size Large for my 5 lb pup. Make sure to check our the sizing chart before you purchase!Good
