Soft suedine fabric on the exterior and gusset provides a stylish, soft look that resists stains and cleans up easily. Woolly faux sheepskin sleep surface and hood lining is warm, insulating and a mix of polyester and acrylic making the pet bed cover completely washable. The soft hood features a flexible and removable hoop to best suit your pet’s sleep style and burrow habits. Use the hoop and the hood looks more like a cave allowing easy access to the interior. For pets who enjoy crawling under "blankets," remove the hoop and they can snuffle their way in to their favorite sleep spot. Our laminated memory foam top pet bed core provides just the right amount of comfort and support to maximize your pet's rest and relief. The memory foam top absorbs and holds your pet's body heat for maximum insulation and warmth while conforming to your pet's unique shape to best support joints and relieve pressure points. We pair the benefits of memory foam with a medical-grade polyurethane foam base to maximize its benefits and ensure the best support for your pet. All foam used in the manufacture of this product is made in the USA and has been certified and rigorously tested to ensure it meets standards for content, emissions and durability by CertiPUR-US. Easy to clean. Cover care: Remove from core before washing (see hang tag and/or seam label for care instructions). Foam care: Memory foam is highly absorbent. Spot clean with mild soap or enzyme-based cleaning spray. Rinse but DO NOT SOAK OR SUBMERGE. Press out moisture with a dry towel and air dry. A fan may be used to speed drying. Do not wring or place in machine dryer. Dry completely before use. Not for unsupervised use by animals with destructive chewing behavior.

"This is my bed. There are many like it, but this one is mine." -Creed of the North American Nesting Hound.Yeah, my dog loves this bed. She nests wherever she sleeps, making this product is perfect for her. I'm glad the hoop can come out easily, since she prefers to burrow. She's been through a few, because I wasn't quick enough to order a replacement cover before she dug through to the foam on the first bed. We are on her 2nd bed, 1st replacement cover. It's not because the bed isn't well made, it is, but she has to scratch and circle before settling in. They last pretty well considering the talons this dog has for claws. We get about a year and a half out of a cover. At ~$20 for a replacement cover, that other products don't even offer, this is a very fair deal.I like that the cover is very easily washed. If you can wash a pillow case, you can wash this. Wash separately, of course. The fact that you can order a replacement cover instead of a whole new bed is amazing and set this apart from the knockoffs. I did not deduct a star from "chew proof", but it would be nice to see a tougher surface area that might hold up to claws. I've gotten the faux sheepskin previously, but for this new order I'm trying the micro-velvet to see if it's more durable.She loves this bed. Cold winter nights when I barely have the heat on? She's in the bed. 112° outside and even hot in the house? She's in the bed. Snoring. In the bed, on the bed...it's all good, it's like having a blanket that magically never shoves over and falls off. Just right for a short dog that's tired of dealing with stairs to get on the human bed.GREAT product, will continue to buy.
