It’s been forever! Give me my money back! And fix your return policy. Make it easier for the costumer! I liked your products before this experience!Love the design, & durability.Tried using the pads both chest and back but the length of pads did not meet out "bullies" needs. Using the chest ring helped immediately with our dog desire to pull. She does not pull anymore.I was so excited when I got this harness . It looked like is was good quality but unfortunately the strap that goes around the belly , broke! My dog is 9.6 lbs so it is a very weak design. Move on and buy another brand, I am very disappointed.The strap broke after 5 days, wouldn't recommend.Very well constructed, quality materials. Doesn't rub anywhere. Sparkle Lissa weighs 10 lbs. Adjusting the straps to the tightest setting fits perfectly on Sparkle Lissa.
