It’s sturdy but not heavy. Very roomy. Cats are easily loaded into this carrier. Like all the mesh so there’s plenty of air flow and cats can easily see what’s going on. Worth every oennyCarrier is lightweight but sturdy, my 18lb cat fits great with room to spare. Mesh on 3 sides is great for breathability and not feeling closed in but is strong enough that he can't rip it. Top entry is great for a cat that doesn't want to voluntarily go in, end entry for those that will. Bottom holds without bending or creasing.11 lb cat loves it for traveling. We take him RVing with us and this allows him to see all around (mesh sides) and he can pop his head up through the top (we keep it open).This is a great carrier for larger cats (15 lbs). It is lightweight but sturdy. Highly recommendFits my XL cat (15+ pounds) comfortably. She loves it and will go sleep in it whenever it is out.
