XXL runs very small it would fit a boston terrier or pugFits my teacup pomeranian dog. I got them for our Maine Coon since he gets a seasonal rash on the back of his neck, so these will stop him from scratching and licking. He's only 2 so he might grow a little more, and I think he still has a bit of room to fill out a bit more in the shirts. The shirts are really long and could be a bit shorter for my preference, but I'm sure other people will like their length (like for dogs) since it is the full length of the back. The snap buttons are really easy to use and make putting the shirts on go a lot smoother, but the shirt would also stay on without buttoning up if you have a cat that wouldn't sit still long enough to get them done up.Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would order again from this company.Very disappointed in the size, my dog is small (10lbs) so I thought I’d order a med just in case they came smaller then expected. The medium size was too small……I have 4 of them that I cannot use ! !!!! The material is perfect and love the style, but useless to me.This is a very nice, well made, light weight, sun shading shirt.The patterns are lovely.And they stay on the animal securely.My only complaint is that the sizing is smaller than expected.Pour mon petit chien.
